1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage keeps limited information on your device. Pixels and tags are scripts that can measure activity on public website pages. We group these technologies by purpose and keep optional categories off until you choose them.
2. Necessary storage
Necessary storage supports security, navigation and your privacy choices. The key mb-cookie-consent-v1 records whether you accepted analytics or advertising. It is stored on your device and remains until you clear browser data or replace your choice. Necessary storage cannot be disabled through our preference panel because the site needs it to remember your decision.
3. Analytics
If you consent and a Google tag is configured, analytics may measure public-page visits, device information, approximate location and interactions so we can understand website performance. IP anonymization is requested in our configuration. Analytics does not run on member, receptionist, staff or owner portals.
4. Advertising pixels
If you consent and a Meta Pixel is configured, it may measure public marketing-page visits and campaign performance. The pixel may use identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc. We do not intentionally send fitness goals, meal plans, payment details, member records or staff activity to advertising tools, and advertising pixels do not run on protected portal routes.
5. Current tracker status
The website contains consent-gated connection points for Meta Pixel and Google analytics. They remain inactive unless the studio adds valid IDs and a visitor accepts the relevant category. No optional tracker should fire before consent.
6. Changing your choice
Select “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional tools stops future optional loading and removes recognized first-party analytics and advertising cookies where technically possible. You may also clear browser data. Third-party providers may retain information already collected under their own policies and legal duties.
7. Provider information
Provider use must be reviewed again when the actual tracking accounts and campaign settings are connected.
8. Updates
We will update this policy if cookie categories, providers, purposes or retention periods change. The consent banner will be shown again when a new choice is required.
